This beautiful A-Frame cabin comes with all the modern amenities and is conveniently located between Town Square and Blanchard Springs Caverns. Enjoy your time relaxing on the back porch that overlooks the beautiful Sylamore Creek Valley after a day of adventures in Mountain View!
The main floor consists of an open concept living and kitchen/dining area with a wall of windows to take in the view. The sofa is a queen sleeper sofa. You'll find one bedroom on the main floor with queen bed as well as a full bathroom with a cozy soaker tub and washer and dryer. In the open loft you'll find a queen bed with great views of the creek valley below, making this cabin perfect for up to 6 guests.
The Back Porch is located in a quiet neighborhood just 10 minutes from town on a county maintained gravel road and, though it has a lovely view of the creek and valley below, it does NOT have direct creek access. The closest access and swim hole are at Blanchard Springs, about a 15 minute drive. The road to the cabin is not recommended for motorcycles, and vehicles with very low clearance should use caution.

RENTAL RULES:
• Minimum age to book is 25, ID may be required
• Check in is 4:00 PM-10PM / Check out is 11:00 AM
• No Smoking in or near the Cabin
• Dogs are allowed, with $75 Pet Fee (per stay, 2 dogs max, house rules apply)
• No loud noise or parties
• Absolutely no UTV's, ATV’s, Trailers, or Camper
• Hunting/discharging firearms is strictly prohibited
CANCELLATION POLICY:
85% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 14 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 7 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after. No date change will be made 7 days before arrival or closer.
