You've found the perfect Homebase for your Ozark adventures, featuring the elusive combination of convenience, affordability, and luxury. Homebase is for those who want fabulous accomodations for a budget price, with NO extra cleaning fee. This brand new spacious apartment has 10 ft. ceilings, modern furnishings, new appliances, and a cozy back porch with firepit. This apartment is connected to our own "homebase," the shop where our Fireside Retreats operations (storage and laundry facilities) are housed. With a separate entrance and private back porch, this space is less than a mile from Court Square, 10 minutes from the Ozark Folk Center, 20 minutes from Blanchard Springs, and just a couple minutes from shopping, restaurants, and live music.

The Homebase Apartment features an open concept living area and has a large kitchen stocked with all the basics for cooking. There is a smart TV allowing you to use your own logins for streaming. The spacious bedroom has a new king memory foam mattress and blackout curtains for the perfect night's sleep. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination and an adjacent laundry closet with full size washer and dryer. The cozy covered deck overlooks a gorgeous grassy area and has a firepit, perfect for a small campfire as well as a propane grill.

RENTAL RULES:
• Minimum age to book is 18, ID may be required
• Check in is 4:00 PM-10PM / Check out is 11:00 AM
• No Smoking in or near the Apartment
• Dogs are allowed, with $40 Pet Fee (per stay, 2 dogs max, house rules apply)
• No loud noise or parties
• Absolutely no UTV's, ATV’s, Trailers, or Camper
• Hunting/discharging firearms is strictly prohibited
CANCELLATION POLICY:
85% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 14 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 7 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after. No date change will be made 7 days before arrival or closer.
