DETAILS: 

The Cabin-ette is an itty bitty creek-side cabin- perfect for one or two people situated just across the meadow from Sylamore Creek, an easy 3 minute walk away.  The creek runs cold and clear year round, and is the perfect depth for splashing, floating, or soaking up the sunshine on the gravel bar.  With it's idyllic location and all the basics you need for an Ozark getaway, you'll want to snuggle up with the one you love in this quaint tiny cabin.  

Drink your coffee on the covered porch watching the sun rise over the hills.  You may even spot a deer grazing or a bald eagle flying over the meadow.

 

The space has one queen bed and a bathroom with a stand-up shower.  The kitchenette includes a dorm size refrigerator, toaster oven, hot plate, microwave, and coffee maker.  There is also a propane grill on the deck for your use.  The Cabin~ette is dog friendly with a $40 pet fee. (2 dogs max)  You will receive a link to pay the pet fee in the confirmation email at booking.

• the grill is propane, though there is a park-like charcoal grill for your use by the creek

*There is no dishwasher or washer/dryer at this cabin

RENTAL RULES:

• Minimum age to book is 25, ID may be required

• Check in is 4:00 PM-10PM  / Check out is 11:00 AM 

• No Smoking in or near the Cabin

• Dogs are allowed, with $40 Pet Fee (per stay, 2 dogs max, house rules apply)

• No loud noise or parties

• Absolutely no UTV's,  ATV’s, Trailers, or Campers

• Hunting/discharging firearms is strictly prohibited

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:
85% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 14 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 7 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after.  No date change will be made 7 days before arrival or closer.
